The pre-application period and waiting list for A link to: Madrone Terrace in San Leandro is now CLOSED. If you submitted a Rental Pre-Application by the deadline of Monday, October 7, 2024 at 5pm (PST), you will receive notification of your position on the wait list by Friday, October 25, 2024. 

The pre-application period and waiting list for A link to: Bell Street Gardens is now CLOSED. If you submitted a Rental Pre-Application by the deadline of Monday, Sept. 9, 2024 at 5:00pm (PST), you should have received notification by October 4, 2024 informing you of your result from the lottery for the waiting list. 

The application period for A link to: Rick Judd Commons in Concord is now CLOSED. If you submitted a Rental Pre-Application by the deadline of Monday, July 15, 2024 at 5 pm (PST), you should have received notification informing you of your result from the lottery for the waitlist on or before August 15.

Each RCD property manages its own leasing. RCD works with The John Stewart Company to lease and manage all RCD properties.
