77 new affordable homes and community-serving commercial space • Architect: SVA Architects • General Contractor: Branagh Construction • To be Completed: 2026

Longfellow Corner (3801 MLK Jr. Way) is located in the Longfellow neighborhood of Oakland on the prominent corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Way and MacArthur Ave. The new mixed-use, transit-oriented development will provide 77 affordable apartments for low-income households. Thirty-four of these apartments will be dedicated to serving formerly homeless individuals and families.

93 units of affordable housing and downtown Walnut Creek •General Contractor: Branagh Construction. • Architect: PYATOK Architects, Inc • To be Completed: 2027

Civic Crossing (699 Ygnacio Valley Rd.) is in downtown Walnut Creek, a high-resource neighborhood with access to BART, several bus lines, and the regional Iron Horse Trail. The location is transit-rich and pedestrian- and bike-friendly. This new five-story building will create housing above approximately 1,200 square feet of community-serving commercial space on the ground floor.

Lupina (797 Almaden S. Ave.) will bring 99 new deeply affordable apartments to the Guadalupe Washington neighborhood of San José. Located near the Virginia VTA light rail station and Downtown San José, this six-story, mixed-use development will include approximately 2,300 square feet of community-serving commercial space on the ground floor and 3,300 square feet of open space on S. Almaden Avenue.
