The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) supports RCD’s mission of providing safe and affordable housing. As part of a team offering onsite engagement to residents of RCD properties, you will be primarily responsible for connecting individuals and groups of residents with community resources and educational programming. Providing specialized support for vulnerable populations, including seniors, families, and individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS or homelessness. The work is focused on five key areas: housing retention; economic stability and employment/education; health and wellness; social engagement and community development; and youth enrichment at multiple properties in the RCD portfolio.

You will work closely with residents, RCD staff, property management, and third-party service providers or vendors to support residents in meeting their personal goals and to meet specific challenges. Successful candidates will be resourceful, flexible, and dedicated to promoting access to local, state and/or federal social services that directly or indirectly support resident housing stability, health and wellness, access to education, employment, and youth enrichment.

The Asset Manager, under the direct supervision of RCD’s Associate Director of Asset Management, will be responsible for various asset management activities related to RCD’s multifamily affordable housing portfolio. The candidate will join a growing team with a strong track record, industry position, and trajectory. In this position, you will work closely with a variety of partners and stakeholders, including lenders, investors, property management, and social services professionals, as well as with key members of RCD’s senior leadership team. You will help guide the management of a growing real estate portfolio that assigns equal value to financial performance as it does the resident quality of life. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and a problem solver. Just as important, we want a candidate who is good with people, has a passion for real estate, and wants to affect social change.

The Assistant Controller will have responsibility for a broad range of duties, including corporate and portfolio accounting and support for the overall management and administration of RCD’s accounting team. Responsibilities are broadly grouped into three areas: Audit Lead; General Accounting and Management & Administration. The role and responsibilities of the Assistant Controller are integral to the core operations of RCD’s business, and the fulfillment of RCD’s mission. The candidate will join a growing team and company with a strong track record, industry position, and trajectory.
