A link to: Community Development Director The Director of Community Development (DCD), under the direction and supervision of RCD’s Executive Director, directs the planning and implementation of all of RCD’s Community Development projects and programs. The DCD is responsible for building relationships with policymakers, agencies, and local community partners to build neighborhood capacity, develop local leadership, attract funding and resources, and ensure government investment and policies reflect the needs of community members. employment/education, health and wellness; social engagement and community development; and youth enrichment at multiple properties in the RCD portfolio.  You will work closely with residents, RCD staff, property management, and third-party service providers or vendors to support residents in meeting their personal goals and to meet specific challenges. 

A link to: Corporate Controller The Corporate Controller will have substantial responsibility for a full range of accounting activities as relates to RCD’s real estate development, portfolio management, and corporate operations. Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller is a senior position within the company, with substantial management, decision-making, and leadership responsibilities. The Corporate Controller is supported by a team of tenured professionals, executive leadership, and a long-standing and amicable relationship with our tax and auditing firm. The opening for the role comes as a natural extension of RCD’s growth and in combination with a scaling back in hours of current team leadership. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity and the platform to chart their own path while being fully supported with institutional knowledge during their transition into the role. 

A link to: Development Accountant The Development Accountant (DA), under the general supervision of RCD’s Development Controller, has the responsibility to manage development invoicing, budgets and accounting, as well general accounting duties as assigned. The DA is responsible for preparing development and grant invoices, managing the existing master budget, and overseeing audits.  Development projects range from small rehabs of existing RCD assets to complicated new construction and acquisition rehab projects with multiple financing sources. With a large pipeline and 6 new construction developments comprising over 500 units currently under construction, this is a dynamic and exciting role. 

A link to: Asset Manager The Asset Manager, under the direct supervision of RCD’s Associate Director of Asset Management, will be responsible for a range of asset management activities relating to RCD’s multifamily affordable housing portfolio. In this position, you will work closely with a variety of partners and stakeholders, including lenders, investors, property management and social services professionals, as well as with key members of RCD’s senior leadership team. You will help guide the management of a growing real estate portfolio and company that assigns equal value to financial performance as it does resident quality of life.
