The pre-application period and waiting list for A link to: Bell Street Gardens is now CLOSED. If you submitted a Rental Pre-Application by the deadline of Monday, Sept. 9, 2024 at 5:00pm (PST), September 16 and October 4, 2024 informing you of your result from the lottery for the waiting list. 

The application period for A link to: Rick Judd Commons in Concord is now CLOSED. If you submitted a Rental Pre-Application by the deadline of Monday, July 15, 2024 at 5 pm (PST), you will receive a notification informing you of your result from the lottery for the waitlist. You will receive an email by August 7th or a postcard by August 15th if we receive an email bounce back.

Each RCD property manages its own leasing. RCD works with The John Stewart Company to lease and manage all RCD properties.
