Each RCD property manages its own leasing. RCD works with The John Stewart Company to lease and manage all RCD properties.

77 new affordable homes and community-serving commercial space • Architect: SVA Architects • General Contractor: Branagh Construction • To be Completed: 2026

Longfellow Corner (3801 MLK Jr. Way) will be located in the Longfellow neighborhood of Oakland on the prominent corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Way and MacArthur Ave. The proposed development will provide 77 affordable apartments for low-income households in a new, mixed-use, transit-oriented development. Thirty-four of these apartments will be dedicated to serving formerly homeless individuals and families.

93 units of affordable housing and downtown Walnut Creek •General Contractor: Branagh Construction. • Architect: PYATOK Architects, Inc • To be Completed: 2027

Civic Crossing (699 Ygnacio Valley Rd.) is in downtown Walnut Creek, a high-resource neighborhood with access to BART, several bus lines, and the regional Iron Horse Trail. The location is transit-rich and pedestrian- and bike-friendly. This new 5-story building will create housing above approximately 1,200 square feet of community-serving commercial space on the ground floor.
