RCD does not currently have any new properties under construction that will be accepting applications in the near future. The application period for A link to: Maudelle Miller Shirek Community in Berkeley will open up in early 2024.

If you are interesting in living in a RCD affordable housing community, please contact the property manager for information on current availability and how to submit a rental application. Every RCD property manages its own leasing. RCD works with The John Stewart Company to lease and manage all RCD properties.
