Why you’re receiving this survey:

• Existing RCD Vendors: RCD requires all development vendors to update their information annually. Your responses help us maintain current records.
• New Vendors: If you’re new to working with RCD, this survey helps us understand your business and evaluate whether your services align with our needs. When you reach the bottom of this form, please select “Yes, we have never worked on a project with RCD,” to move to the next page where you will be prompted to tell us more about your company’s mission, experience, and qualifications. If our Real Estate Development team determines that you would be a good fit, you will be added to our database and informed of future RFP opportunities.

This brief onboarding survey collects:

• Primary points of contact and services performed
• Payment details for smooth processing of invoices
• Business certification information required by the State of California for compliance reporting
• Relevant experience and capabilities (new vendors only)

All information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes. Vendors are required to complete this survey before entering a contract with RCD. Your responses will be kept on file for one year, after which we’ll ask you to review and update your information. You’re also welcome to update your information at any time.
