A link to: 3900 Thornton Ave. will provide 128 affordable apartments for families and individuals in a new mixed-use, transit-oriented development. Located in close proximity to the Fremont-Centerville ACE/Amtrak station and AC Transit bus lines, this development will provide residents access to a variety of local and regional amenities. The development is also located near parks, schools, and other community amenities.
Studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units will be available in this development for individuals and families earning between 20-80% of the area median income (AMI). 9 apartments will be set aside for formerly homeless households earning less than 20% AMI and 6 apartments will be set aside for “missing-middle” households at 80% AMI.
