St. Paul’s Commons is an affordable rental community under development in Walnut Creek. We anticipate starting construction in the spring of 2018 and plan to open in the summer of 2019. St. Paul’s Commons will be a mixed-use, transit-oriented development with community-serving spaces operated by St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and Trinity Center. Resources for Community Development (RCD) will own and operate the 45 affordable apartments above the community spaces..

Unit Mix: 30 studios; 14 one-bedroom apartments; a manager’s unit

Amenities:  on-site management and resident services; car and bicycle parking; community room with kitchen; roof terrace, landscaped courtyard; and green design and construction
